Online Therapy Process (Telehealth)
Current research shows online therapy is just as effective as in person therapy. In fact, speaking from the comfort of your own home might facilitate a greater willingness to discuss your concerns. Online therapy gives you the opportunity to engage with a psychologist from wherever you are, while avoiding the costs, travel duration, and hassles associated with in-person meetings.
All psychological sessions are conducted using the secure PowerDiary platform.
