Sessions are $220 for a 50-minute consultation (one clinical hour). Depending on your situation, Medicare, WorkCover, NDIS or a first-responder program may reduce or fully cover this cost. Here is how each option works.

There are no hidden costs, and no referral is needed to book a private session.

Funding options

Private

Pay $220 per session. No referral needed, simply book online.

Medicare

With a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan, you can claim a $101.55 Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions a year. You pay the full fee at your appointment, and we process the rebate back to you.

WorkCover QLD

With an accepted claim, WorkCover pays the fee directly, at no cost to you. Have your referral and claim number ready.

NDIS (Plan-Managed)

For Plan-Managed participants, where therapy aligns with your plan goals. Charged at the NDIS price limit of $252.99 per hour (from 1 July 2026).

Private health

If you have extras cover, you may be able to claim part of the fee. Check your level of cover with your fund.

First responders & veterans

Your gap

With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP (registered psychologist, from 1 July 2026). Medicare rebates apply to individual sessions only, up to 10 per calendar year.

Payment: The full fee is paid at the time of your appointment. When you book online, a $10 deposit is taken to confirm your booking and is deducted from your fee, with the balance paid at the appointment.
